I know my teeth and gums are in great shape, because Dr, Goldstein and Nancy will settle for nothing less! Not only do they keep my mouth in perfect shape, they look out for the good health of my entire body. On my last visit Nancy actually took my blood pressure. I also purchase special vitamins, at the lowest prices there. I consider all the staff my friends and I simply do not know of any dental practice that can compare. Although I wasn't happy to hear all the problems I have with my teeth, Nancy and Dr. Goldstein were extremely professional, knowledgeable and extremely friendly. The only negative I can think of is that I wish my insurance was accepted up front. Instead, I had to pay up front and my insurance carrier will reimburse me. I was spoiled by my old dentist who accepted my insurance up front and billed me for the remainder that wasn't covered. With todays economy, I am not very comfortable paying a high bill upfront. Other than that, I have to say I was very impressed with everyone in the office. Besides Nancy,( the hygienist) and Dr. Goldstein, Kim and Erica made me feel like I had been going there for years. In fact, I was told that I was now part of their family. In the past few years I have undergone some extensive work which includes implants and bone grafts and I highly recommend this office as the place to have this work done. I was amazed at the difference between this extraction and the many others I've had (all at other dentists)...this is the first time I didn't cry! And he really cares about his patients. He called personally to check on how I was doing, and gave me further instructions over the phone. I am so delighted that I decided to go to Dr. Jeff! Absolutely the best dental experience I've EVER had in my life. This is not an exaggeration,,,I've been to several dentists in the area and Dr. Goldstein is the BEST! You can trust his expertise...he definitely loves what he does and you can tell. His staff is knowledgeable, friendly, expert at billing and understanding insurance, and they take the time to follow up for you whatever the reason...for a referral or to reschedule an appointment. I had a bad cavity because I waited way too long to make an appointment to get my teeth cleaned and didn't floss enough. They were able to fix it without me having to get a root canal which was great. They have the best service too. You should definitely give them a try.
