All the staff take care of me and my family as if we are their family members, with friendly, loving care. She's a great dentist, with terrific hygenists, the place is ultra clean, and she has the newest equipment and technology. X-rays are a snap when done digitally, and I really appreciate that she can send them via email to my periodontist, or the endodontist, as needed. Her office staff is awesome,and I also love that I get automatic email reminders about my appointments. I've had some complicated dental work that required coordination between my DDS and my periodontist, and I really appreciated that they actually got together to "discuss" my case and develop a treatment plan. She and all of her staff are so nice to deal with, especially when you have something complicated dentally or insurance-wise. However, this is the second regular checkup in a row that I did not see Dr Gitlin. Although I have nothing pressing I rely on regular exams by the doctor to help detect any upcoming issues I would not detect myself. And I made time twice for this service and having to schedule another appointment would be problematic for my schedule and possibly for insurance coverage. So now I have to wait another 6 months. Every visit to Dr. Gitlins office has been a visit that I am willing to go back to again. She is very in tune with how you are feeling the whole time that you are sitting in the chair. I feel very well taken care of and know that from walking in the door and dealing with the administrative office with scheduling and the billing of the appointment that the whole experience is one that I would HIGHLY recommend to others.
