The staff were very friendly and welcoming. I have been a patient there for several years now and have been very happy with the care I have received. As a child I had some pretty horrible dental experiences so I can be a bit nervous and Dr Whitimore and all the wonderful hygenists I have met have been very understanding and have help put me at ease. I have and will continue to recommend this Gentle Dental Clinic to anyone I know who is in need of compassionate comprehensive dental care. Thorough communication by everyone about all options and what the dentist and hygienist were doing. They paid attention to my concerns. Waiting time was minimal. The assistance x-ray me and consulted the Dr. The Dr did not explain to me, so the assistance provide me that there nothing wrong.I was dumb founded, and she said perhaps your teeth were just sensitive. Now, why would an assistance provide me this type of consulting, which is to me very in sensitive on the part of the DR, and whole team. Also, my wife had an initial appointment,and your team was late for about an hr. Unfortunately, she does not want to be your patient anymore, and she will be seeking her dental care elsewhere. The admin offered $100, but the damage has been done. Because of these type of services, I might seek another dentist that will provide a better service. I called them first thing in the morning and they did everything that they could to fit me in. I left my cell phone and they called me back within an hour with a 12:30 p.m. appointment that very day. When they were done, the match was so perfect that I can't even tell that there is a filling there. This was not my first visit here and it definitely won't be my last. It looks like I finally found a dentist that I can trust to do a great job, not waste my time and try to push other 'services' onto me. My wife did go in for her first time. I'm not a good patient, but the dentist and hygienists made me feel very comfortable. The only thing I could suggest for improvement is for the dentist to spend a bit more time with the patient to explain how I may feel the rest of the day and answer questions and such.
