I drive all over the city meeting customers. When my vehicle decides to not start for no apparent reason. I drive it to Accurate Automotive and tell them occasionally when I have been driving around the city a lot and decide to run into a store and come out within 5 minuites my car will not start. If I leave it sit for 10 minutes or so, it will start. It doesn't happen all the time and it didn't happen the day I took it in to be looked at. Everyone at the shop is always so helpful. On this day they told me no worries, leave the car and we will figure it out and they did. They took it out through out the day to test drive and finally it decided to no start for them. No other repair shop would work this hard to assist on the same day. Others would tell me the car would have to be replicating the problem at the time they looked at it or they couldn't help me. I would have to be stranded and the car towed. Well I know by the time the car was towed it would start right up again and the problems would still not be solved. I always can friendly service with a smile when I take my car in and I don't feel stupid about what I say is happening when my car isn't running right. They have did good by me and a reasonable rate. I purchased my CRV new (1998) and it's still running thanks to Accurate Automotive who is always fhere for m. It was quite a suprise to see this review come up because when we called on the follow up call you indicated that all was well and you were happy. I am not sure what has occured, but I have not been able to get you to answer the phone calls we have made either. I do understand that you are upset, but PLEASE let me help you. You do have a warranty and I would really like to understand where the problem is. Your vehicle was not safe to drive when it arrived here at our shop. If noise is the only issue Please listen to see if the noise is coming from the front or rear of the vehicle, we only worked in the front, the rear was not touched. As far as other mechanics and the Price, we gave you the very best product at the lowest possible cost and then even discounted the labor to try and help. I understand that you are upset as I have previously stated, but if you will call, I will find out what issues are at hand and repair them for no charge if they are related to the work we provided. I would like to make you happy but if you wont contact us, take our calls or otherwise communicate with us, we are stuck.
