She pulled on my mouth and jammed the suction into my mouth causing pain and discomfort that I have never, ever experienced before in your office. I have no problem with YOU, or anyone else in your office. Maybe this employee could benefit from a bit of training on how to deal with people. We are not objects to be pulled and jabbed at, we are paying clients, patients. I hope you can resolve this before she causes anymore pain to another pt. At my recently scheduled cleaning her thorough examination revealed a growth on the underside of my tongue and alerted the doctor. After the doctor's examination I was immediatlly sent to an oral surgeon to have it removed and biopsied. The wart was removed and the biopsy determined it was not cancerous. I was told that if the growth hadn't been discovered and gone untreated, this particular type of wart would have eventually become cancerous! Thank you so much for the great dental care you provide!
