The staff lacked the ability to communicate with me while my car was there, which was over a month the replace 4 simple things. Furthermore the since of urgency was not present at all. On top of trying to charge me for labor on things I did not authorize. I would not recommend this shop to any one and I plan on posting this on every customer service sites I can.
