When I went in for my last servicing I was informed there would be a charge for rotating my tires. I definetly will not be purchasing my next set of tires from you. Apparently you do not value loyal customers (5yrs) and the money I have spent servicing my vehicle. I will be looking for another service center when I do my next check-up. They printed up the work order and put $98 on it and I was lead to believe that they always put that there for a basic estimate. I would be called prior to any work being performed. They called and told me that they found a corroded connection and would clean it up and no parts would be needed for cleaning the connection also I needed, the usual things all shops tell you, a new air filter, new cabin air filter and wiper blades, I told them I would change those items myself then he tells me that they will change them for the same price that I could buy them for and they wouldn't charge me any labor. I told them go ahead and replace the items, they said that the car would be ready in around 5 minutes. I figured the bill would be around $60 max for the oil change and filters/wipers. When I received the bill it was for $186. So they charged me $98 to clean a corroded connection and $86 for the filters/wipers and oil change. The made me aware of a cabin air filter that needed to be replaced as well as having my tires rotated ! I just got the cabin air cleaner replaced tire rotation will be @ another time !
