I appreciate that courtesy and was informed that all appointments are always scheduled on the hour, so I now and will not make any mistakes on the time again. Katrina was very kind and vocalized some new research indicating how important oral health is and that current studies are finding that oral plague may be the some bacteria that leads to arterial plague which was so beneficial to me. I believe all patients should have some dental/oral education while they are sitting in the chair for their cleaning as they are a "captive" audience and Katrina did an excellent job with sharing her medical/dental knowledge.
