Very friendly greeting and prompt appointment, although I spent many minutes lying back in the chair waiting for the examination. Didn't mind too much because there was a big window. Thorough examination but not the gentlest hands nor the freshest breath. I was given extensive written information about my condiditon which was very helpful in making a decision about what to do next. I opted to get out of the chair and deal with it later, but I gather ordinarily the dentist would have scheduled a time to sit down with me and explain everything verbally, maybe even right then and there. In applying the nerve numbing Dr. went right to the right points without requiring additional injections. As well, she was quite aware of causing pain. She is thorough, patient, kind and caring. She cares about you, as well as your teeth. She is also very particular about your teeth. The staff is just as wonderful. When you come through the door, you get a smile and they welcome you like family. This is very important to me wherever I go. Customer service plays a big part in how I feel about a place.
