The car was not driving correctly. The hose(s) were reconnected but the check engine light came on. It did eventually reset but it was a source of stress. I took my car for 1 issue and when I got it back it was a whole new issue. My hope is that if you take the car a part to dignose it, put it back together correctly. Quick & easy appointment process online & they called to confirm. The first thing I noticed is how organized & clean the shop looked, it wasn't cluttered or overly dirty. Easy drop off & check-in. I took my BMW 645ci to get an oil change. I live around the corner, a couple blocks away, but they still offered to drop me off at home while I waited for the service to be completed. The mechanic said it would take about 2 hours & he called me to let me know my car was ready almost exactly 2 hours later. I enjoy the straight to business attitude there. They also inspected my vehicle for other issues, which is included in the oil service. They wrote down recommendations for services in the future, which helps greatly. I found a discount coupon for oil service on their website, I printed it out & they redeemed it for me when I went to pick up my vehicle. Very friendly service & straight to the point with prices & recommendations. I was very pleased with the overall experience at Foreign Car Repairs. As you know you recommended work that probably didn't need to be done and turned out to be extremely expensive and I specifically asked that my oil be changed because I am driving my car long distance. It wasn't until I got home that I noticed it was not on the bill. When I called I was told that they had checked all the fluids. But I took the car back the following day and it did need an oil change. I assumed you would be less than the dealer, however your price was double. Fortunately I had a coupon and it was still more than had I had it done at the dealer. I'm actually going to go and have the oil checked, because at this point, I'm not even certain it was changed. My car is not driving any better. Over all I am very disappointed. I have referred several other customers there, but I won't be going back.
