The staff is absolutely caring, friendly, and fun and you almost forget about the work that needs to be done. They go out of their way to make you feel welcomed and comfortable as much as possible with understanding of your needs. I like the fact of the emails or text messages that I receive to remind me of upcoming appointments, as well as the technology and internal process they use to notify what needs to be done next to keep the staff on schedule for the patients procedures. (It's really cool) The office is very clean and the environment is quite pleasant. The wait time is minimal and they typically keep you within schedule. Another thing that I am pleased about is that I have to take pre-meds before any work is done and they also send a text message to notify me to make sure that I take them. How awesome is that? It's the little things that make your experience well worth your time and money. I am one that has had to have quite a bit of dental work to be done, but the whole service and environment doesn't make me fearful or hesitant to do so. I would recommend Dr. Kirk or Dr. Henry to anyone. I'm truly glad I found this gem of a dental practice. Thank you Dr. Kirk and the whole staff at Grand Dental Studios. Got so accustomed to seeing Tiffany each time the past few years. Tiffany knew my sensitive areas, and I liked the fact she manually cleaned by teeth instead of using a drill. Hate the sound of that drill and with sensitive areas, I dread the possibility of a drill touching a sensitive area. Tiffany always used warm water cause she knew I had sensitivity issues with cold water. This appointment went a lot better than the last time.
