The only reason I did not rate a five is because I was charged and extra fee to diagnose a problem that was discovered during a non related maintenance. As always when I bring my car in there are other issues that I am told need to be addressed. I do try to address these issues but as we all knw the maintenance on a BMW is very costly. I have used A1 to service my current car and my previous Mercedes. The short of it is that. I asked if the $53 diagnostic test could be waived as a courteously and was told they couldn't. I feel that you all should value long term customers enough to waive a minimal charge. Especially when thousands of dollars have been spent in maintenance. Nonetheless I still would recommend you to my friends.
