By the end of the day, I never received a call, so my car sat overnight. I finally left a message the next morning and was told that the car wouldn't be ready until 2pm. This owner gave great reviews of the quality of work they provided, so it was only natural that i give them a try. When i brought my car in for repair it was in need of some unknown serious repair. I was updated on what was needed and given options on the items that could be delayed. The quality of the overall job was GREAT! All of the employees that i encounter were very nice. Rick my service advisor was very informative and i was pleased with the cost of the services. I have referred Southwest Auto to all of my friends who own cars that they service and repair.
