I had an appointment at 8;30 in the morning, and the Doctor did not show up. No reason. I had a new appointment with a new doctor, and she was not as professional and experience as they are usually are. She talk about a plan, that they have not talked and they were not prepare to present it to me (no cost-insurance coverage etc) Still I think it is a great office, and they usually are great. He was cordial and communicative as well as knowledgeable and careful with my teeth. I also always enjoy dealing with Carolis. She is very friendly and warm, putting patients like me at ease. Josey is always so sweet and pleasant, and Elda is a great first contact upon walking in. I have also had positive experiences with both Monica and Karen, as well as Dr. Gonzalez, of course! Dental work is not something to look forward to, but the whole office makes going there very bearable.
