All of the staff were so kind and more than accommodating. I saw Whitney and she was amazing. I told her what I wanted (just a trim to give my long hair a healthier look) and she gave me the absolute perfect cut. She knew exactly what she was doing, was very engaging yet focused, and she informed me of all of the products she used, but never pressured me to purchase them. It's not easy cutting baby fine hair since you can see every line, cut, and there's not much room for a mistake. She took the time to understand how I wanted my traditional bob with bangs cut.
