I don't mind waiting 15 min, but I don't expect having to wait more than that at a dentist office. At the same time, prior to that appointment, I've never waited more than 5 min (that includes close to a dozen appointments). And I also thought : Who doesn't run late once in a while? And the fact that my hygienist was late didn't mean it was her fault (probably due to another patient - either late or having difficulties during dentist appointments). I was still a bit upset when my turn came. But Tina was so sweet and soft that I couldn't stay in this bad mood and she gave my such a great treatment, that the unusual waiting time was quickly forgotten.
