When a new client comes in... there should be a tour of the facility with very brief explanations as well as introductions to the team throughout the facility during the tour as well as pointing out the features and benefits of your remarkable facility and the technology you have within..... speaks professionalism and attention to detail I would keep discussions among the staff about things not relevant to the guest in front of them to a minimum.. you already have the ear pieces... so stop the chit chat.... this should apply regardless of first time or long time clients in the room... speaks professionalism and courtesy and attention to client in room Dr Moroni was polite and professional, although I would have like for him to take more of an interest in my mouth.. challenges along the way and what the plan of action might be moving forward... Dr. Moroni seemed a bit distant, although that does not mean he is not the best... I just am not sure yet... It a business, the easiest thing to do is sell your busineess and your talents to your exisiting clients. So, when you have a new client, your business model should be to go above and beyond... to WOW the client, because they can just as easily go elsewhere. Their patience and understanding in how to deal with children is excellent and their equiptment is state of the art. I recieve reminder notices and scheduling electronically, all of which has been user friendly. I was refered here and am pleased whenever I can refer others. I would highly recommend the Mirage Dental Associates! I asked for a little extra care because of breathing problems and they did everything possible to make me as comfortable as possible and accomodate me. I have a terrible fear of dentists but for the first time in over 50 years I feel much more comfortable in obtaining dental care. These folks are amazing at their jobs and I'm really glad I found them. I've had lots of work done there from whitening to fillings and then today I got a crown. They are always great at getting me in, kind when I'm there, and the insurance is never a hassle.
