I was referred to this repair shop by a neighbor. My neighbor bragged about the ability to be able to get in and out quickly for such a service. Unforunately, it took over two hours to have my vehicle inspected. The service advisor explained that an appointment is usually made for Vehicle Inspections. This was definitely not communicated to me in my neighbor's bragging. Of course, I told my neighbors my neighbor about my negative feelings. In conclusion, I would not recommend a drive-up Vehicle Inspection at this repair shop at any time on any given day of the week. This past Wednesday I walked out to my truck and I had a Fred Flinstone truck. It was setting on landscape bricks. I had finished buying all new tires from ya'll before the end of the year on my truck. I called up to Jeremy and he said I needed to check with my Insurance first because they may have a certain way of taking care of this situation. They did and I had 4 new wheels and tires delivered to my apartment and ya'll helped me out getting them back on. It was a tricky situation but it was nothing for Danny to handle. I posted on my pics on facebook that if you do business with a reputable company for years they will take care of you and printed your name. I guess I'm just like any other goofy spoiled Lake Houston customer, just all grins.
