The administration staff are prompt and polite; the dental hygienists are absolutely wonderful with children....no rushing, and always kind and gentle. Dr. Ray is exceptional with her smile, gentle demeanor, and always has time to answer questions...from the parents and children! A great toothbrush station to show kids how to brush their teeth properly and fun prizes at the end of the appointment! The office is modern and has a magnificent fish tank to enjoy, as well as TV's in the lobby, and at each dental station for the kids to enjoy favourite movies on! When it comes to kids, skip the regular dentist and head for Gateway Pediatric Dentistry, you won't ever look back! I will not be coming back because of the way the insurance is handled. I pay extra to not have to pay up front and then recieve 80% in the mail from my insurance. This set up is a total inconvience to me & my one income family. Its to bad you are in a great location for me but the payment issue is to much. You have lost a client because of this.
