I liked that they had a coupon and let me take advantage of it. My car definately ran better after the service was performed by Louetta. This place is very clean and they are always quick to help. I called ahead only 10 minutes from the shop and they said come on in and they would take care of me. I was out of there in 30 to 45 minutes. It was awesome. I had an inspection and an oil change. Plus they let me use both coupons I had printed off of their website. Very honest place. They didn't try to sell me lots of other services like most places have done in the past. Many places say this but Beto is a man of his word and shows it. My experience with other repair places is a run around with excuses. With Beto you know what's going on and why there might be a delay and what is going on with your car. He constantly updates me with what was going on with the vehicle. He can motivate his staff in a very professional manner as not to cause resentment or backlash which promotes a mutual respect so his mechanics produce results in a timely manner. Of course I will complete this required inspection with Louetta as soon as that tire is replaced, but I greatly appreciate not being charged the TX inspection fee until I have a new tire that I know will pass.
