If I have a scheduled appt ahead of time, what difference does it make to you if I wait for the service to be completed? Isn't that more convenient for you than having to drive me home all the way across town and then pick me up again? My husband suggested that I go elsewhere for routine oil changes. First thing in the morning before the shop gets to busy. Just like everything in life there are always exceptions to the rule. If a customer needs a specific time we can still accomidate that request!
