The staff atthe Fairfax office was very friendly and professional. On the date of my intake appointment they were very busy with patients coming and going. They were able to process my paperwork and begin my meeting with the doctor promptly and from then on it was very smooth going. Their staff is kind, gentle, very educated and easy to talk to. I first met with one of the assistants to go over my general health and vital signs. I then met with the doctor who reviewed my information and asked questions regarding the information to verify and clarify to ensure we were on the same page. After listening and talking with me the doctor did a very thorough exam. I was adjusted by the doctor and he explained the whole time what he was doing and why. After meeting with the doctor and reviewing my plan of care I worked with another of the assistants on all the assigned stretches. They didn't just hand me paperwork and send me on my way. The facility was well equipped for a comfortable experience doing all the exercises/ stretches. I was given a hand out to take home that reinforced everything I was shown at the facility so that I am prepared to continue my treatment. After all that I was taken to a private room for electrical stim and ice. This felt really good and was a nice way to relax after all that stretching. What really blew me away though was the follow up phone call later that night. I really feel like they are partners in making my body better.
