He wasn't pushy or disrespectful. He was quick, friendly and I really felt like he cared about my family and knew what he was doing. He even handled my "feisty" 4 year old enough to get a quick look at her teeth and recommend a pediatric dentist. The previous dentist at Midwest Dental didn't even try to look at my daughter's teeth because she was very resistant. Great experience. Everyone was very nice to him and he was excited to get a Lighting McQueen tooth brush. I was able to meet Dr. Buck and I hope that he stays around so there isn't someone new there next time. My last experience was torture and created a lot of anxiety in my about the dentist. Dr Buck was wonderful with dealing with my issues. He talked me through everything and did all he could to make me comfortable with what was happening. I still have some anxiety, but it is getting much better. He was great with my son at the same visit and my son told me that Dr Buck was the "best" dentist he ever had. Pretty high complements from a 6 year old. The assistant was very nice, I got in right on time, the dentist did not try to push any expensive products on me, and they even filled a cavity for me right after my cleaning so I didn't have to take off from work again. It's nice to have a Doctor /Patient relationship which I haven't had since Dr Jennings before she moved on. The doc's have all been good except for one, thank god he is gone. The staff alway does a very good job and are there for the patient. Overal I like going here but have thought of leaving for another office which has a stable doctor.
