In the case of both vehicles, he's been very knowledgeable in assessing what's wrong and what needs to be fixed (both immediately and long term). In the case of the Jeep, the first time I drove into his garage, he could tell I had a manifold exhaust leak with out even opening the hood! He did it just by listening to itI'd expect that from a Jeep mechanic but not from an average mechanic who works primarily on European cars. Good ears, great mechanic. Overall, I'm very impressed with him, his shop, and his great service.
