Val is great. She communicates with the customer to keep in customer informed. If they find something other than what originally was planned she will call and explain what they found. I was having trouble with my diesel 4 X 4. The vehicle wouldn't move after putting it in gear. My concern was the transmission had gone out. Master Tech diagnosed the problem as a bad "Throttle Position Sensor." What in the world is that and what does it do? Although the new part seemed to work, it would not work in freezing weather. Even after a length of time, Dave listened to my complaint and without argument he volunteered to replace the part under warranty, not charging me one penny. In taking parts off the engineabout three unknown problems were detected. They could have put the bad parts back on and fiished the job sooner but Mike kept us informed about the new work that needed to be done. This included showing us the bad parts. Mike new that we needed the car back for 7-4. On 7-3 he said they will get everyting done even if they have stay late. I would have understood if they went home at quitting time but they worked until 7;20pm. This kind of service and attention to detail is what will keep me as a coustomer.
