You said it would talk about 45 minutes to complete. I said I would wait at home for your phone call, which you suggested that you would call when it was ready. At 1 pm I had not received a call yet so I walked back to your shop. The work was completed and car was ready for me. When I recieved my bill you charged me for a cabin air filter, which I had not authorized, nor was i asked if I wanted to have you change it. If I not had another appointment at 1:30 I would have had you put the originial filter back. THIS IS POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE...1 & 1/2 HRS TO HAVE AN OIL CHANGE...NO CALL BACK TO PICK UP CAR...NO CALL TO ASK IF I WANTED A NEW FILTER INSTALLED. I WAS GOING TO HAVE YOU DO THE MAINTANENCE SERVICE ON MY CAR BUT NOT NOW. If you can't get simple oil change right how can you do get other car work right? Fair estimates. No high pressure on other work that needs done. Leaves it totally up to the customer to decide how much, or how little work to do. THAT is always appreciated! As someone who has some knowledge about cars I usually know what should probably be done. NOT ONCE has Martin ever mentioned an item needing repair that didn't actually need attention!
