The staff is very kind and welcoming. Each person is very secure and adapt to each of their responsibilities. I was also very impressed with Dr Arrich herself. Felt as if I was going to a friend for dental help! I had such rave reviews after just my first visit, my boyfriend is now going to transf his dental care to Dr Arrich. I managed a multi-million dollar internal medicine practice for >20 years and can tell that this is a very well run practice!!! I don't like cotton in my mouth, have a fear of the injections, and over all hate to go to any dentist. So much so that I had not been to see one since my 4 impacted wisdom teeth were pulled in 1994. I was referred to your office by my sister and even with my overwhelming fears, still went because of the pain. I must say every employee that works there has been UNBELIEVEABLE!! Everyone there understood my fears and did everything they could to make me comfortable. I have had several dentists over the years including my father and brother but think the atmosphere and working relationships amongst the staff are great.
