For 20+ years I have been unhappy with my smile and now I have the best smile I've ever had. Not only are my teeth more aesthetically pleasing, they are healthy. I had a good dentist for over 20 years but made a change because I just didn?t feel he was listening to what I wanted. Now I have a great Dentist. Dr. Chasen is so friendly and she really cares, using her top shelf, state of the art techniques to get the best results possible. She obviously, loves what she does and takes great pride, not only in her work but in the management of her entire business. Kristina at the front desk always greets me with a smile and is happy to handle any scheduling or billing questions with a prompt return call. Upon entering, the cleanliness of the establishment is astonishing. It is cleaner than any operating room I?ve ever been in. Joanne is the best Hygienist I?ve ever had and I?ve been getting bi-yearly cleanings for decades. Dental assistants, Shannon and Kayla round out the happy, positive vibe, can do team remarkably. I actually enjoy going to the Dentist. What?s up with that? A short story: I?m no spring chicken but recently I finally decided to take the steps to get my healthy teeth straightened. Dr. Chasen recommended a great Orthodontist and my teeth have been moving quickly. I?m a grinder and my eye teeth, which had been crooked, were unscathed. Now that they are positioned straighter, they were longer than my front teeth and it cause an arch like smile that I was embarrassed about. On short notice, I explained to Kristina in scheduling, that I had a milestone birthday coming up and my wife had bought me a trip to see relatives out of state. It would really be great if my smile could be remedied before I left town. Understanding how important this was to me, the entire Chasen team jumped on it, got me in and like a professional sculpture, Dr. Chasen transformed my smile with great care and precision over a more than four hour appointment. I have never been happier and I can?t quit showing off my smile. I highly recommend Dr. Chasen and the entire Chasen Smiles Team. Go see them and you?ll be ecstatic you did. I was encouraged to come in and get my fillings and it was only explained after the procedure was finished and I was paying my bill that I could have paid less had I gone to a preferred provider. I did call in advance and asked questions, I was just told that I would be paying more because of insurance changes and not given the information that Chasen Smiles was not on the preferred provider list. I will have to find a preferred provider now to finish with my dental work. I have no complaints about the service or cleanings.
