I dont use numbing shots and in this case the new filling was in before the shot would have taken effect and I didnt experience any discomfort whatsoever. I was also finished in time to make a band concert in Plano. I look forward to my next visit where work I have held back on with my old dentist will finally be taken care of. The office is 1 mile east on the Bush E access road in the Shire behind Silver Fox restaurant in the 3610 Offices entrance next to Republic Title. They have extended hours until 7pm on Wednesdays. It was very rude and that's no way to welcome a customer. I worked in customer service and stay late sometimes never putting a face like that because I'm over my time. The office is conviently located, has a modern/stylish design and is loaded with the latest dental technology. Needless to say I got tired of taking off work and making excuses for shabby work. I reached out to Modern Dental and In two office visits Dr Kim has restored my teeth to a functional state!! First thing I did was eat a steak :) I know having had a crappy dentist doesn't exactly make for a great comparison, but I am happy I went to Modern Dental. The staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. No flashing gizmos, no massage seats, no helium...just honest and good dental work to get your teeth fixed so you can move on with your normal life. This is clearly a growing practice and they care about doing what is right to retain clients and get new referrals. You won't be disappointed.
