Perfection is the correct word. We're taking the camper to Napa this week end so we'll be able to tell you how the new Barker push button drains work. Should be much easier than the old pull type drains. One problem kept this from being a 5-star review. In preparation for our trip we tested all systems, and the hot water heater isn't igniting. This shouldn't be too much of a problem on our trip but we would like to bring it back so you can take a look at it. Overall, we are happy with the results of the repairs, and we'll continue bringing our camper to you in the future. We bought an RV from out of town and had a few issues with it right off the bat. We found Sturken Auto Body on yelp and I'm so glad we did. They fixed the issues we had with a malfunctioning fan and broken dash gauges, quickly and for a reasonable price. They made what could have been a bad situation good again. In other words, the customer service just doesn't get any better! On top of that, when you go to them with a problem, it becomes their problem and they not only solve that problem, but do it in a way the is the most cost saving to me, not always the most profitable for them. In other words they don't run up your bill doing things that aren't necessary! Sturken has gotten all of my Rv business since I discovered them almost 10 years ago. One of the other things I love about the way Steve runs his business is he works his schedule around my camping schedule and always gets me on the road when I need to be. More than once Steve has taken care of me when a problem came up just before leaving on a trip, even working underneath our trailer himself while we had lunch inside it, and getting us on the road as planned! Steve seemed genuinely interested in helping the customer. Per my request, he took the time to show me around and explain the services they provided. I shared my checklist of things that needed repair I was on my way. They kept my RV for 9 days to complete the small list of repairs. Overall the work seem to be completed properly however I did not get the responsiveness that I was expecting. I called the shop multiple times and was told Steve was out or busy and they would leave a message. As a customer I expect a shop to keep me informed, get the work done as soon as possible, and return phone calls in a timely fashion. Next time I visit I will expect Sturken to do a better job responding to customers and getting the work done promptly.
