I was nervous, but everyone was very welcoming and I didn't feel judged at all. The staff now remembers my name and things about me outside of my dental health. They are always cheerful and go out of their way to make sure you have a great experience. Dr. Czerniak is great! She's down to earth and I feel as though she is genuinely concerned with my health. I am usually a ball of nerves and petrified to even walk into the office! I had tooth pain and came to your office and found out I needed a root canal and a crown on the same tooth! The staff didn't even allow me the chance to feel nervous or start to panic....it was like they knew how uncomfortable and scary the dentist was for me and they made me feel relaxed the second I sat in the chair! A heated, massaging dental chair. A blanket over my legs because the office was chilly. "Laughing gas" to relax me. Friendly staff that makes you feel as if they've known you for years. Dr. Hires and Jessie (I hope I spelled that right!) made me feel so relaxed and comfortable I almost forgot I was at the dentist!!!! There was no pulling and tugging or even pain! I honestly think that if every dental experience was like that then no one would be anxious when they had to go to the dentist!!!! They would actually look forward to it!!!! Dr. Hires is a very good dentist, his staff are very professional, reassuring and sweet. Carol is my dentist hygienist and I would highly recommend her to everyone. Dr. Hires is my preferred dentist and Jessi is his assistant, she is comforting and goes above and beyond in making sure I am relaxed and comfortable..........
