The personal treat you like family. You can talk to them about anything. They are very, very concerned about ANY pain you are experiencing at all times. The billing department person is beyond patient when you have problems with your insurance or your payflex account. And Dr. Thomas (who is my Dentist) is very compassionate and highly skilled Dentist. And now the view out their windows while in the chair of the pond and woods are very comforting and beautiful. His hygienist, Amy, is wonderful - she is gentle and thorough. I highly recommend Northwood Dental. The staff is warm and the office is cozy. The view from the exam chair is unmatched - you can feast your eyes on a lovely pond and trees while having your teeth cleaned! Northwood Dental also uses electronic x-rays which result in less exposure and better images. I knew there would be some charge for the dental work, however not the amount I was told to pay which was in excess of #500.00 I was told that it wasn;t covered by my insurance. It would have been nice to know this prior to me having the work done.
