I was very pleasantly surprised as the hygienest had a wonderfully gentle touch such that I had absolutely no discomfort! She also had a sweet personality and made me feel very comfortable which is quite a gift when one is sitting in a dental chair! All my experiences at Gainesville Dental Group have truly been pleasant and actually enjoyable and fun as I am always very warmly welcomed by smiling faces and kind hearts. I appreciate that everyone in this office is willing and happy to answer questions. The assistants and dentists actually explain what's going on with my teeth, rather than talking over my head. Every effort was made to ensure that I was comfortable during the repairing process of my broken tooth. Not only did I feel no pain, I received a call from the office to check on me later that afternoon. Really amazing care! Costs are also much lower than other offices, offering discounts where applicable. I'll never go anywhere else!
