Andy immediately took my vehicle in and provided me with a loan of an alternate vehicle overnight. I did not have to wait at all! When the repairs needed were done and other problems were discovered, Jen told me exactly what the details were, and how much it would cost. She asked me if they should fix the car now or wait, and then after I agreed to have the work done, had the car ready before the end of t he day. Although the total was significant, I trust that Andy, and his staff only charged a fair price for all the work and for the services provided. I started going to them when I finally got fed up with the dealer. I was so excited to find a place with such good customer service. They always take extra time to explain issues with my car in plain english so that I, a non-car-person, can understand. The pickup and drop off, the loaner car, the fact that one of their employees even helped me when my engine light came on while they weren't even open for business, the email reminders for tune-ups and the fact that they walked me through trading in my car are just the first things that come to the top of my head.
