I was given a tour of the office (1st time that has ever happened). I was able to see the state of the art equipment used to provide me with the greatest care possible by a dentist. The dental assistant sat with me and reviewed my history and asked me questions so that they could better get to know me and get a sense of what is most important to me. This was again, a first for me. I was happy to answer the questions -- they did not feel intrusive and I knew it was only to better provide me with service that would be above my expectations. I am completely impressed with the office (so far) and am very lucky to have found that they are near by and that they are within my health plan. THANK YOU! No one ever seems to be in a bad mood, and the atmosphere is very inviting. My experience with the hygienist was great (Melissa).
