All three businesses are staffed by good people who are both professional and genuinely interested in providing the best customer experience at their business. I have an older BMW that I want to continue to have for a long time, and Eastside Bavarian's highly capable, professional technicians just did a maintenance service for me. The car is running better than ever. As long as there is an Eastside Bavarian, this is the only place I'd ever bring my car. I brought my car in for an issue with my alternator and when I got it back the hatch back was broken and will not close. The troubling part is that I heard a repairman slamming a hatch back I could not see it since it was in the garage area, but I heard it and the noise explains why my hatch back won't close. There is clear damage to the lock that was not there before I dropped the car off. I'm planning to bring my X5 back tomorrow and will ask them to fix it and will try to fi d out why they slammed the hatch so many times. I hope this isn't what I think it is. I've spent thousands with Eastside Bavarian and have never had a problem, I'm not sure what happened this time but I intend to find out. How great? This is the kind of place where if you're stranded with a dead battery, you can call them and they'll come jump start your car EVEN THOUGH YOU DIDN'T BUY THE BATTERY THERE. The best thing about them is I know when (god forbid) something serious happens with one of my cars, I will get a fare estimate and the work will be done correctly.
