I was running late, like almost 15 minutes, but was greeted with smiles and assurance that it was all okay. A simple procedure of cementing in a permanent tooth turned into a cleaning and then having three cavities filled, all done quickly, w/o Novocaine, and saving me a trip back to the office. The whole thing took only 3 min. and he uses a technique that applies slow steady pressure (no rocking and jerking) which made it a very un-traumatic experience.
