The admin staff, the technical staff and Dr. D'Addario are all incredible and have such knowledge balanced with great personality. I will say, however, that yesterday's appointment (with whom I believe was a substitute hygienist) was probably the most abrasive and stressful cleaning I have ever had. The technique really needed to be smoother and much less aggressive. This time my crown cracked and was missing a chunk out of it. Dr. Daddario did not rush to tell me it had to be replace he gave me the option of smoothing it out and fixing it. Of course it will not look pretty but it could be fixed. I decided to replace it because I am going abroad for a while and I did not want a problem with it while I am gone. Dr.Daddario was so patient with me! I am a sissy to any pain in my mouth, he had to give me 3 shot's so I did not feel anything. He explained everything he was doing as he went along and that was a nice reassuring feeling to me. I was in and out without any problems. My experience with Dr.Daddario and his staff was very positive!!
