I made my initial appointment online...a process that was very timely and user friendly. Staff were courteous and informative, and I felt that they both listened to what I had to say and answered all questions posed.
When it came to choosing my glasses, they offered a wide variety of frames, and I was extremely pleased with the quick turn-around time for receiving my glasses & prescription sunglasses.
I would recommend York Eye Associates to anyone.

I was very pleased with the quick move from the waiting area to the preliminary examination. However, that changed quickly when I ended up waiting in the exam room for over an hour. Appointment at 3:30, walking out at 5:10. Doctor York explained that the front had worked in a patient who arrived early for her appointment. We BOTH agreed that was not a good idea. My time is just as important as hers. Keep to the schedule ladies!

i made an error and thought my appointment was at 9am not the actual 830. that said, i waited a very long time...apparently there was an emergency that screwed up the schedule.
dr york is awesome. i love her. i wish ALL doctors could be as personable, knowledgable, and friendly as her.
