West End Animal Hospital is among the best vet clinics we have ever known.We are breeders with multiple dogs and have been clients for 30 years. As people who do much of our own vaccination and other aspects of care, we have found the staff here to be very cooperative with our way of doing things. Over the years, we have brought to them puppies and older dogs with life threatening issues. Their success rate in returning to us a healthy, happy dog has been heartening. For those at end of life they have been caring and supportive in our grief. Their success in surgery, with diagnosis, with treatments is exemplary. I so appreciate the fact that a vet is on call for us 24 / 7. I trust them far more than the local emergency center. Thank you, guys, Iaon, Dr C, Dr S, for everything !

Expert ferret care, super staff! I drive a 300-mile round trip for Dr. Cottrell and it is worth the trip!
