Technical staff is great - very professional and efficient. They are always very polite and helpful. Dr. Wallace is excellent - I always feel that I have a thorough exam and he is able to prescribe lenses that assist me in seeing as clear and detailed as possible. There is one minor point of irritation. Every year when I come for my exam, I fill out a form to update my information (medical and personal). When Dr. Wallace reviews the information with me that is in the computer, medications that I quit taking several years ago are still listed in the computer. This has happened more than once. If you are going to ask me to take the time to update my medications, then someone on your staff should take the time to update my information in the computer.

Rebecca was quick to come to my service and give me the help I needed without any waiting. She was very friendly and approachable and took care of the issue I needed addressed and within a very short time I was back out the door and on my way. Excellent experience!
