I love Jerry and his staff! They are all friendly and fun. Dr. Flanders is very knowledgeable and is great with my dog. Highly recommend and their prices are very reasonable compared to other vets we've visited in the past.

Very unhappy with the attitudes of 2 ladies working the front desk. If I didn't like and trust Dr. Flanders I would of walked out. The lady checking me in acted as if she hated me or her job, but extremely unprofessional. But oddly enough the couple checking out did not receive the same unpleasantness. I had to maneuver 2 dogs through to weigh in, and had to drop my purse before anyone asked if they could help. My 2 stars are not a reflection of the Dr himself.

Dr Flanders was on time with my appointment and was quick with administering the required vaccinations. He also allowed me to hear the murmur he discovered in my dog's heart. It was the first time this was noticed. My dog usually goes to the office only once a year. He prescribed a med to give to Millie for this condition. I have had only good experiences at this office.
