Nadia is so talented. She makes my course, curly hair look gorgeous. Her cuts are perfection and she has a wonderful personality. The girls at the front desk are also lovely, especially Tahlia.

Vincent Palumbo salon is the most comfortable, relaxed , organized and welcoming upscale salon I have ever visited . Employees stay for many years , evidence of the strong and respectful management . Client comfort is paramount. All are highly skilled confident professionals, artists. Delighted to see the generous platters of delicious genuine tri-state area bagels and filling wine in a Saturday afternoon .

Overall, I was happy with the in-salon experience. The staff is courteous and always wants to ensure that clients are comfortable.
Unfortunately, I'm not 100% satisfied with the outcome of my hair. It is much darker than I wanted and I'm not sure if it's because the glaze was left on my hair for too long (or if we didn't allow the highlights/bleach to settle as long as we should have). I walked in a blonde and walked out a brunette.
My cut is also a bit awkward. I was looking for a layered bob but ended up with a style that is a bit too choppy for my liking.
I usually go to two employees (who are no longer with the salon) and was confident I'd be just as satisfied with a new person. Unfortunately, this is not the case.
