The front desk did not inform stylist I had arrived. And I waited 15 minutes til I asked again.

We apologize that you had that experience with us. Unfortunately, due to the coordinators checking clients in and out, and answering phone calls we try our best to make sure everyone is taken care of. It is generally the stylists responsibility to make sure they are on top of their own book and clients, as well as the assistants to make sure all clients are taken care of.

Called to book appointment only to find my stylist of many years had left. No other stylist recommended. Guess they do not need my business. Good riddance !

Staff greeted me with smiles and were very professional . Nadia gave me an amazing cut as always. The only suggestion I have would be to offer the clients some water or other beverage - especially during the summer months!

My color was done by Rosie. She was great! I have been going there forever. I was ok using a different colorist. I was told though that she was doing my blow out and at last minute they switched to a new guy and I was not happy with that or how it was done.

I just love this salon, Chris is great, his creative abilities allows him to visualize the right hairstyle for you and your hair type. The atmosphere is relaxing..
