Dr. Douglas and her staff are very friendly, caring and professional. Their office is beautiful with a calming atmosphere. Moose was nervous about going to the doctors but felt very comfortable with Dr. Douglas and her staff. I would highly recommend Dr. Douglas, at Village Square Veterinary Clinic, as she was highly recommended to us.

I didn't find the veterinarian particularly warm or friendly; which was a disappointment. I asked to have my cat's nails cut (back only) and when I got home saw I had been charged $6.00. I've never had a vet charge for this service during a regular visit. My bill was already over $125 and I felt this was petty.

Attractive, calm, and clean office. Friendly staff. Great location. We enjoyed our visit very much. Dr. Douglas gave us her time and expertise generously.

Being new to Florida I feel fortunate to have found Village Square Vet Clinic to care for my two dogs. They are kind, compassionate and reasonably priced. I feel we are in good hands with Dr. Douglas.

I requested a prescription refill for my Bichon at 9:15 A.M. At 11:50 A.M. I received a call stating that it was ready. This is excellent service.

Dr Douglas and her staff are wonderful. Once again my senior poodle Frankie was having another problem and they got me in right away when an apptmt opened up. He was started on antibiotics immediately.

Everyone was great. We were taken care of quickly and hopefully, bentley's ears will be better soon!
