I have only brought Manny to visit twice and both times have been extremely amazing. All of the staff take great care of not only Manny but my self included. Manny some how hurt his leg and Dr. Riney helped me understand what might have happened and the best way to get him feeling better right away. If I didn't live in Lexington, I would still drive hours to come to this veterinarian in a heart beat. Not only are they so caring of each animal, they are budget friendly too. I would recommend this place in a heart beat.

Melanie, at the front desk, has been so caring and helpful over the many years we've been coming here. The whole practice is completely centered on caring for your pet. The facility is clean and pretty. Questions are answered with patience and understanding.

We came in for bloodwork. My dog is quite skittish and staff was very patient with him, making him feel more at ease so they could draw his blood for testing.
I was informed promptly the next morning of the results.
I am very grateful for the staff at this practice and highly recommend NRAH.
