They took my dog in immediately with no appointment to remove a very large life threatening bladder stone, surgery was priced appropriately and I knew my dog was in great care. They even stayed open past hours to make sure my dogs surgery was a success, I really enjoy the staff here and will continue to use their services for all my pets.

I ran into the clinic to purchase flea treatment. It was near closing time and the staff was still willing to accommodate me for which I was happy.

VetCare Pet Clinic treated my puppy EXCELLENT!

She had hurt her leg Friday night, we called at 9am

when they opened on Sat. even though they were busy we were told come right in. We waited a few minutes and then were brought in a room. Nurse came in did her duties and doctor followed shortly there after.

They got me in for a same day appointment, listened to my concerns, and came up with a recommendation for a care plan. I decided to wait on some tests and did not feel pressure at all.

I ended up needing to come back a couple days later to run some of the suggested tests and they really took their time to explain all the results. I felt very cared for at this clinic.

I go to them every time I need a Vet!! Great service and they treat my dogs like they are their own!

Compared to how it was 2 years ago, I felt that customer service was better then. For my recent appointment, we were treated as a walk-in as my confirmed appointment did not show in their system and the person/cat patient following us was seen first by mistake so we had to wait longer.

Regarding attentiveness of vet for annual physical, I felt it could have been done better as well. I did not see the vet checking my dog with attention, and when I told them I felt lump, she asked where it is and stopped there- didn't check for any other possible lumps besides the one I've mentioned.

I went back to Vetcare after moving back to OC this year, because I have better experience right from the warm person at front desk then. Now, it felt like it's rush, and missing the attentiveness I've seen before.
