The staff at Van Stavern Small Animal Hospital were all very friendly. They showed a genuine concern for our family pet and were willing to take as much time as needed to answer questions and give honest answers to ensure we are giving our new puppy the best care possible. I feel very confident that we will receive excellent care for our puppy and that they will listen to any questions or concerns that we may have.

When you enter the front door, you are treated like you are the only patient. Ranger has received the best care. He knows he is going to see friends!

Dr. Swartz was very upfront with treatment options and overall pleasant to work with. He explained everything he was doing and was conscious of financial restrictions. Overall a fantastic experience!

The staff are always very nice. They are very caring with my pets. All Techs are knowable and caring. I would not take my dogs anywhere else.

Dr. Bay-Williams takes care of my two dogs. She is thorough with treatment and diagnosis. She is also kind, caring, and a great communicator. Her assistants and staff are also wonderful.
