Great service!!! My favorite thing is how the staff remembers your name and your pets name as soon as you walk in the door. "Are you here to pick up _____?" They all have great personalities and seem genuinely happy to help.

Everyone in the staff was absolutely wonderful. From the moment I called to make the appointment up until the end of the procedure. Dr Swartz was wonderful with my puppy. I'm so happy to have found this wonderful clinic.

The staff who took care of our Dachshund Jelly were excellent, professional and very caring. The doctor was very knowledgeable, much moreso than our previous vet in Maryland. They also treated our Cocker, who is very scared of getting on tables, by sitting on the floor with her. I am SO impressed by them. I also really like that they have an online pharmacy so that l can get heartworm, and flea and tick preventatives, when I need them without having to pay for a years worth all at once.

The staff was friendly, etc etc. But all Vet staff personnel are like that, it part of their job.
I thought the charges were a bit excessive on the medication.
Meds can be purchased much less online I'm sure.
