The visit was great! You got me in quickly for an unscheduled problem with Tigger. You treated both of us gently and now he is recovering.

My family has taken our pets to Valley West for as long as I can remember, so when I moved back to Charleston, I knew where I would take my cat. Dr. Metz and the whole office staff was wonderful. They really listened to what I had to say and really took the time to examine my cat and talked to me about his treatment plan, which vaccines he would need, and what kinds of things they would like to do going forward. Their prices were very reasonable too!
